Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy for Africa 2024

This strategy hopes to accelerate Africa's transition to an innovation-led, knowledge-based economy. Chapter one of this document presents the situational analysis of Science, Technology and Innovation in Africa; chapter two outlines the strategic orientation, implementation phases of the strategy; chapter three presents the pillars; chapter four details the governance and implementation arrangement of the strategy; and the remaining chapters outline the funding mechanisms, implementation and evaluation of the strategy.
