National Multi-sectoral Strategic Framework for HIV and AIDS 2009 � 2014

This document describes a five year (2009-2014) National Multisectoral Strategic Framework (NSF) for HIV and AIDS for the Kingdom of Swaziland. It aims to bring together stakeholders to scale up and mainstream decentralised and effective response strategies to contribute to the NSF results, based on the comparative advantage of each stakeholder or sector.
