Lesotho Local Government Service Workplace Policy on HIV and AIDS

This policy aimed to ensure the development of a working environment that protects the rights of workers including those infected and/or affected by HIV and AIDS. The policy measures covers recruitment, job security, victimization, stigmatization, rights and responsibility of management, testing and counselling, and disclosure.
