Marriage, Divorce and Family Relations Act 2015

Regulates marriage, divorce, cohabitation, and family responsibilities. Recognizes civil, religious, and customary marriages; prohibits child marriage; and provides for maintenance, custody, and property rights between spouses and unmarried couples.
