Health Strategic Plan 2009 - 2013

This Strategic Plan specifies the government strategy for organizational transformation in the health sector and the adoption of the Balanced Scorecard as the tool of strategy implementation for transforming the Ministry of Health and Social Services to improve health service delivery in Namibia.
