National Development Plan (NDP3) 2007/2008-2011/12

This plan is designed with the vision of making Namibia a prosperous industrialised country by 2030. The plan focuses on knowledge based economy and technology driven nation, competitive economy, productive and competitive human resources, quality of life, equality and social welfare, regional and international stability and integration, political stability, and environmental sustainability.
