National Gender Policy 2010- 2020

The main goal of this policy is to achieve gender equality and the empowerment of women in the socio-economic, cultural and political development of Namibia. The strategic programme areas of the policy include rural development, education, governance, gender-based violence, girl child, human rights, and equality in family.
