Guidelines for Implementation of National Code on HIV/AIDS in Employment

These guidelines specify the requirements to be followed and adhered to by all employers and employees concerning persons with HIV/AIDS in employment. The guidelines cover workplace testing, confidentiality, job security, managing illness, risk management, protection against victimisation, and other general matters.
