Teacher Management Policy for Sierra Leone

This policy is designed to shape the teaching force, enhance the quality of teacher performance, and guide what teachers do in the best interest of learners. Policies outlines guidelines to ensure transparency, equity, and fairness in applying rules and regulations on what teachers do as professionals; how teachers are treated in the school system; the rights, responsibilities and expectations of teachers; and how the teaching force is regulated and governed.
