This document is designed to ensure robust public financial management system in the country's fiscal strategy. The document outlines the fiscal objectives and fiscal strategy of Government for the medium-term. The FSS provides early indications to Cabinet and Parliament of the main revenue and expenditure targets and policies to be adopted in the annual budget.
