Policy on Teacher-Employer Relations in Sierra Leone

The objectives of this policy are to provide clarity and guidance on matters pertaining to the work and well-being teachers. This is incluse to ensure transparency, equity, and fairness in applying rules and regulations on what teachers do as professionals; how teachers are treated in the school system; the rights, responsibilities and expectations of teachers; and how the teaching force is regulated and governed.
