National HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation Plan 2016 - 2020

This national plan is designed strategically address HIV and AIDS challenges in the country. Specifically, targeted combination prevention, treatment for all PLHIVs, and response coordination and management. The primary goal was to reduce HIV-related death in both adult and children by 80% by 2020.
