Independent Commission for Peace and National Cohesion Act, 2020

This Act establishes the Independent Commission for Peace and National Cohesion. The purpose of the Commission is to have the authority to take necessary measures to prevent, manage, and resolve conflicts in Sierra Leone. Its mandate also extends to promoting and maintaining sustainable peace throughout the country. The Act covers various provisions related to the powers, functions, and composition of the Commission.
