Civil Aviation Act, 2019

This Act was enacted to repeal and replace the Civil Aviation Act, 2017 in order to establish an effective framework for aviation safety and security oversight. The purpose is to meet the requirements of the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation (1944) and to address other matters related to aviation.
