Zim Asset is a cluster-based Plan, reflecting the strong need to fully exploit the internal relationships and linkages that exist between the various facets of the economy. The cluster includes food security and nutrition; social services and poverty eradication; infrastructure and utilities; and value addition and beneficiation.
