BOCRA Enforcement Guidelines

These enforcement guidelines were designed to guide the BOCRA in the discharge of its mandate. The guidelines cover enforcement procedures, treatment of confidential information, the appeal of the Authority's decision, enforcement actions, corporate liability, and other general matters.
