Telecommunications Policy for Botswana

The policies are on based three national objectives: universal access to basic telecommunication services; to promote a broad, reliable, and efficient supply of telecommunications services in Botswana in line with international standards and at the lowest possible cost to consumers in Botswana; and to ensure regional balance in telecommunication services in different regions of the country and between rural and urban areas.
