Civil Aviation (Aerodromes) Regulations, 2012

These regulations by the Ministry of Transport and Communication specify the requirements for the establishment of aerodromes, application for aerodrome establishment certificate, licensing of private aerodromes, a certificate for public use of aerodromes, obligations of an aerodrome operator, aerodrome maintenance, aerodrome operations manual, and other general requirements.
