Requirements for the Implementation of Safety Management System

These requirements are part of the Civil Aviation Byelaw specifying the requirements for service providers operating under Air Navigation Services 2013 Regulations; the requirements to address aviation safety-related processes, procedure, and activities of the service provider, rather than occupational safety, environmental protection or other non-aviation-related activities; and the Byelaw establishes the minimum Safety Management System (SMS) framework requirements.
