Francistown City Council (Public Sewer) Bye-Laws

The bye-laws provide for a duty of the council to keep map showing sewers, power of council to alter or close public sewer, power of council to agree to adopt sewer or sewerage disposal works, certain matter not to be passed into the sewer, Maintenace of sewer, and penalties for non-compliance with the law among others.
