Customary Courts of Appeal Rules

These rules make provisions for the customary court of appeals guidelines. The rules provide for the proper way an appeal can be initiated, a petition to appeal out of time, the transmission of the petition to appeal, the transmission of court records, right of appeal, enforcement of judgement and others.
