State Land (Procedure for Enforcement of Payment of Levies and Loans) Regulations

The regulations concern enforcement of payment of service levy imposed under section 4A of the State Land Act. Among other provisions, it is stated that interest is due on default of loans, and notice shall be issued on the occupiers who default on loans.
