Co-operative Societies Regulations

The Regulations are premised on the Cooperative Societies Act of 1964. Among others, it makes provisions for registration of societies and registration fees; address of the society to be registered; membership; nominees; division of profits; maximum liability of society concerning loans; general meetings; a committee of a registered society; compulsory by-laws; and reserve fund
