Refugees Proclamation No.1110/2019

This proclamation applies to any person who is a refuge applying for recognition or is a recognized refugee in Ethiopia and has a right or is subjected to obligations arising from this Proclamation or participates in the implementation of this proclamation. It discusses the procedures for the determination of refugee status rights and obligations of asylum-seekers and recognized refugees.
