Ethiopia�s Overseas Employment Proclamation No.923/2016

This proclamation applies to overseas employment relations of Ethiopians conducted by public employment organs, through agencies or on direct employment and Ethiopians travelling abroad to engage in overseas contracts of housemaid service for non-profit making purposes.
