Eastern and Southern Africa Higher Education Center of Excellence Project Ratification Proclamation No. 975/2016

This proclamation ratifies the Financing Agreement Credit number 5794-ET signed in Addis Ababa on 15th June 2016 between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association.
