The Revised Regulation on the Importation of Goods on Franco-Valuta Basis Council of Ministers Regulation

The proclamation repeals the importation of goods on franco-Valuta basis council of Ministers Regulation of 1996. It sets out the powers and duties of the ministry, the goods that may be imported on a Franco-Valuta basis, and the penalty for violation of the provisions contained therein.
