Fuel Price Stabilization Fund Establishment Proclamation

The government deems it necessary to create avenues to cater for fuel price stabilization in line with the ripple effect it has on the economic and social endeavours in the country. The Fuel Price Stabilization Fund is thus established to be deposited in a special account to be opened by the Ministry of Finance.
