Leather and Leather Products Technology Institute Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations

This proclamation hereby establishes the Leather and Leather Products Technology Institute as an autonomous federal government institution having its legal personality. The institute is charged with producing skilled and trained personnel through training, research and consultancy services along the leather and leather products value chain.
