Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Regional State Agricultural Research Institute Proclamation

The Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Regional State Agricultural Research Institute is established as an autonomous regional body of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Regional State. The institute shall be accountable to the regional agricultural research board and the regional rural development coordination bureau. The institute shall among other things generate, develop, and adapt agricultural technologies towards making the agricultural research system of regions more efficient.
