The proclamation is to ratify the Animal Health Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the People�s Democratic Republic of Algeria, assigned in Algiers on the 15th day of March 2015. The ministry of livestock and fisheries is empowered to implement the agreement.
