Council of Ministers Regulations to Provide for the implementation of Cooperative Societies Proclamation

These regulations are issued by the council of Ministers under Article 5 of the definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation of 1995 and article 59 of Cooperative Societies Proclamation of 1998. It provides for the implementation of the proclamations of 1998. It addresses the establishment of cooperative societies, unions, cooperative federations, and cooperative leagues. It also details the types and functions of these societies, among others.
