Agricultural Mechanization Service Enterprise establishment Council of Ministers Regulations

The council of ministers finds it necessary to re-establish the agricultural mechanization service corporation as a public enterprise. The regulations are issued under the articles and sections contained in the public enterprise's proclamation of 1992. The enterprise is to be supervised by the public enterprise's supervisory authority. Its objectives range from rendering mechanization services to rendering mechanization maintenance, and to the provision of technical and consultancy services.
