Agricultural Development Corporations Regulations

These regulations are issued by the ministry of agriculture and settlement, under the relevant articles and sections of the state farms development authority proclamation of 1978. The regulations apply to all corporations. It spells out the juridical personality, capital and liability, powers and duties, books and accounts, etc.
