Ethiopian Agricultural Commodities Warehousing Service Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation

The 331rd regulation of 2014 is pursuant to the relevant articles and sections of the public enterprises proclamation of 1992. It establishes the Ethiopian Agricultural commodities warehousing service as a public enterprise. The enterprise is supervised by a designated body of the federal government. The enterprise shall see to rendering warehousing services for agricultural commodities traded in Ethiopia commodity exchange.
