Ethiopian Seed Council of Ministers Regulations

These regulations on the seed council apply to prescribed seeds of any varieties and plant species as specified by the national seed industry council. It contains naming, approval, and registration of varieties, permits, quality control, seed certification, as well as import and export of seeds, among others.
