Directive Issued to Determine Responses to Accidental Releases of Modified Organisms

This directive applies to unintended releases of modified organisms, and other related incidents during the accident. It expressly states all emergency measures to be carried out in the case of a release, as well as the duties and powers of all relevant stakeholders.
