Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise Establishment Council of Minister Regulations

These regulations establish the waterworks design and supervision enterprise as a public enterprise to be governed by the public enterprise's proclamation of 1992 and supervised by the ministry of water resources. The enterprise is to conduct studies relating to developing master plans for hydraulics, dams, and general waterworks; offer consultancy services; carry out surveys and evaluations relating to waterworks, etc.
