Import Sur-Tax Council of Ministers Regulations

The 133rd proclamation of 2007 represents the council of ministers' regulations to provide for the payment of surtax on import goods. This is in line with the relevant sections of the constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and the Coding System Ratification Proclamation No. 67 of 1993.
