Transfer of Rights and Obligations of Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Proclamation

This proclamation transfers the rights and obligations of the disaster prevention and preparedness agency to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. This is in line with Sub-Article (1) of Article 55 of the C64Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
