Protection of Witnesses and Whistle-blowers of Criminal Offences Proclamation

It is equally important to ensure witnesses and whistle-blowers who provide information on criminal offences are safely protected to build up trust in the system. This proclamation "legislates the protection systems that need to be put in place to protect witnesses and whistle-blowers of criminal offence from direct or indirect danger and attack they may face as a consequence thereof and thereby to ensure their safety".
