The African Charter on Democracy, Election, and Governance Ratification Proclamation

This 2008 proclamation, numbered 613, ratifies the African Charter on democracy, election, and governance. This is in line with the adoption of the charter at the "8th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of States and Governments of the African Union at its Session held in Addis Ababa on 30 January 2007".
