Vehicle Insurance Against Third Party Risks Proclamation

"This proclamation establishes a system for facilitating the provision of emergency medical treatments to victims of vehicle accidents, and requires owners of vehicles to have third party insurance coverage against third party risks". This is in response to the loss of lives and properties arising from increasing vehicle accidents.
